Yes — we handle the full permit workflow with Kathmandu Metropolitan, Lalitpur, Pokhara, and other municipalities for any outdoor signage requiring approval. Electrical certification for illuminated signs is included. You only see the final approved permit — never deal with the paperwork.

For 5+ year outdoor life: ACP-faced channel letters with marine-grade stainless backers, weatherproof power supplies (IP65+), UV-stable acrylic faces, and primer + automotive PU paint on metalwork. Cheaper alternatives exist — we'll always tell you the trade-off.

Yes — front-lit, back-lit (halo), edge-lit, and full ACP cladding with embedded LED facades. Pylon signs include foundation work, structural engineering certification, and municipal permit handling.

Billboard cost = fabrication + structural work + printing + monthly rental of the location. Static hoardings start ~NPR 600/sq.ft fabricated; LED billboards are quoted per pitch (P10 / P6 / P4) and per square metre. We can also broker location rentals through our outdoor media partners.

2D signage is flat (printed boards, vinyl, ACP graphics). 3D signage has raised depth — acrylic letters, channel letters, neon. 3D reads as more premium, supports illumination from inside (front lit / halo / edge lit), and lasts significantly longer outdoors.

Acrylic allows internal LED illumination and comes in any colour — great for vibrant or backlit brands. Stainless steel offers a corporate, premium opaque finish — typically paired with halo lighting for a more architectural look. Cost is comparable; choice comes down to brand language.

Quality LED modules are rated 50,000+ hours. With proper power supply (IP65+ in Nepal's voltage fluctuations) and weatherproofing, illuminated signs run 3–5 years before any maintenance touch. The #1 reason cheap signs fail early is under-spec power supplies — not the LEDs.

Yes — both glass neon (the traditional medium, for that authentic warm glow) and LED neon flex (longer-lasting, lower power, customisable colour). LED neon is what most clients pick today; we still do glass neon for clients who want the classic look.

ACP (aluminium composite panel) wins for outdoor — UV-stable, rigid, lasts 7–10 years. Sunboard (foam-core PVC) is lighter and cheaper, better for indoor, lasts 2–4 years outdoor before yellowing. We default to ACP outdoors unless budget specifically rules it out.

Yes. Logos, letters, dimensional shapes, jigsaw-style assemblies — all within our laser bed limits (1200×900 mm per piece). Multi-piece assemblies for larger work. We work from your AI / CDR / DXF vector files, or we'll re-draw from a JPEG for a small fee.

Pitch (P10, P6, P4, P3, P2.5) is the distance in mm between LED pixels. Lower number = higher resolution but more expensive. P10 is fine for outdoor billboards viewed from 10+ metres. P4 or lower for indoor close-viewing video walls. We size pitch to your viewing distance.

Yes. Every LED board ships with sending-card software (NovaStar or ColorLight) that lets your team push images, MP4 videos, or scrolling text from any Windows PC. We train your team during install and provide remote support after.

No — quality vinyl actually protects original paint from UV and minor scratches. Professional removal leaves factory paint pristine. The one risk: if the vehicle was previously repainted with low-quality aftermarket paint, removal can lift that — we always inspect and flag before wrap.

Yes — if you change the primary vehicle colour (e.g. white → matte black) with a full wrap, you must update the colour in your Bluebook at the Transport Management Office. Partial wraps that keep the dominant colour usually don't require update. We guide you through either way.

Standard commercial wrap: 2–3 years. Premium cast vinyl (3M IJ180 or Avery MPI 1105): 5–7 years. Vertical surfaces last longer than the hood / roof, which take direct sun and tend to be the first to fade. Touch-up panels are easy if needed.

Flex is a softer banner-like material used for hoardings and lightboxes (cheaper, translucent for back-lighting). Vinyl is sticker material for rigid surfaces — sunboard, glass, walls (sharper print, adhesive backed). Different jobs, different materials.

Yes, if resolution is high enough. Modern smartphones handle prints up to 16×20 inches comfortably. For larger sizes, send the original file (AirDrop, Drive, Dropbox) rather than a WhatsApp-compressed copy — WhatsApp re-encodes and softens images.

Yes — large-format on PVC wallpaper, fabric (SEG), and self-adhesive canvas. Common for office accent walls, event backdrops, retail visual merchandising. Bring your design file (300 dpi at print size) or we'll create it from your brief.

Our CNC routers cut MDF, acrylic, PVC foam, ACP, plywood, and soft metals like aluminium and brass. Steel and iron need plasma or laser (we have laser too). Bed size: 1200×2400 mm. We send you a cut-test sample for any material new to your project.

Vector files: .DXF, .DWG (AutoCAD), .AI (Illustrator), .CDR (CorelDraw), or .EPS. JPEGs or PNGs need to be traced to vectors first — we charge a small vectorisation fee. If you have only a logo PDF, send it — most PDFs are already vector underneath.
