Which Unity versions and render pipelines does your team work with?

How does IP assignment work for international clients?

Work-for-hire IP-assignment signed as part of every engagement, with contract under the client's preferred jurisdiction (Delaware, English, German, Singapore, Australian law all available). Our entity is registered in Nepal; mirrored NDA + IP terms in the engineer's individual contract close any gap. Reviewed by counsel in NYC and London.

What if the engineer we hire underperforms or quits?

Two protections built in. (1) Paid trial week — either side can walk at end of week. (2) Back-fill guarantee on embeds: if an engineer leaves us within 6 months, we replace within 21 days at the same rate, with knowledge-transfer time billed at 50% rate.

Can we do a paid trial week before committing?
